The hotel is charming, a real gem. It’s old-fashioned in a good way, still retained by the family who built it and who still work there each day to oversee operations. The owners and their staff are friendly and helpful and it is clear that they all really care about their guests and make every effort to look after them well. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and is located right next to the stunning beach on one side and a long strip of shops and restaurants on the other. There is a bus stop just a few steps away from the hotel which offers regular journeys to Palma, the airport and to other resorts along the coast. The food options in the hotel were somewhat limited, but certainly adequate for us and everything we ate was well presented and nicely cooked. We felt that the hotel Gaya was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay at this hotel again should we return to the island.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just by the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around it but it feels tucked away nicely. The staff is lovely and helpful. The place is run by a family and has a family feel to it. The swimming pool is great and the area by the swimming pool is perfect for relaxation when you want to stay away from the beach. The rooms are immaculate and the daily room service is second to none!

The breakfast was superb, cuts od meat,cheeses, variity of eggs,boiled scrambled etc. Super selection of juicwa plus coffee & iced water, yogurts, selection of breads plus toasting facilities, butter & spreads etc Didn't have the evening meal so no comment.
